Ceremony (On-Site or Off-Site)

On-site ceremonies are those which take place at the reception site. This can be very economical as we use the decor from the reception. The cost of the on-site ceremony also includes the room flip that may or may not be involved, where tables and chairs are moved in place after the ceremony to prepare for the reception. Decor for on-site ceremonies include an archway and aisle markers.

Off-site ceremonies as those which take place in a different location of the reception site, such as a church, private garden, etc. The cost of this service depends on the amount of decor. All decor is set up by WDI at least one hour before the service commences and retrieved once the service is over.


Decor Add-Ons

WDI pre-designed packages does not include chair covers with sash, ceiling decor, candy table with bowls and scoops, napkins, or charger plates (exception- ultimate package includes ceiling decor and chair covers with sash). These decor items can be added to your desired package at an additional cost.


Millage Fees

Services required by WDI which are outside the St. John’s and surrounding areas are subject to a millage fee (over 30km from office location).
